Best Magnetic Golf Accessories For a Golf Cart
As a golf cart owner, I can tell you that I can’t get enough of this magnetic golf cart accessory technology. It has made keeping the golf cart clean, organized, and efficient so much easier.
Here are some of my favorites.
StickIt Magnetic Golf Towel
I have a sad story about my StickIt Magnetic Golf Towel. After playing a round of golf, I had my StickIt towel on the cart and ran into one of the clubhouses to grab something. When I came out, my StickIt towel was gone.
I’ll never know what happened, but I can tell you one thing: I was not thrilled. The StickIt towel is one of the best I have ever come across. Not only is the microwave pattern really great at cleaning clubs, but it’s also so fun to have this attached to the golf club as well.
If you are playing with mud on your ball or your clubhead or on your hands, you need this!
Also, the magnet comes off, so you won’t be the golfer with the dirty towel. StickIt already thought of that.

Who’s It For
All golfers! Honestly, for anyone who has a golf cart and uses it for fishing, the beach, or traveling around the town with the kids, it can’t hurt to have a towel with you.
Who Can Skip It
There are cheaper versions if price bothers you, but I can’t tell you they will be the same quality.

Golf Cart Magnetic Phone Holder
I’m not a huge fan of magnetic phone holders when heading to and from the golf course. I prefer something with a bracket that has the phone in place.
However, if you are on the course or the range and want to record a few swings, this magnetic phone holder does a good job.
It’s easy to apply, can work for other sports, and will also stick to a golf iron, not just the cart. So, if that helps you record impact on a few of your practice shots, go for it!
Who’s It For
Golfers who are looking to record their swings while on the course.
Who Can Skip It
If you do a lot of driving around in your cart, I would go with something like the Desert Fox golf cart phone holder; it has a bracket that makes me feel better about its ability to hold the phone in place.

Smiley Golf Magnetic Golf Glove Attachment
What’s the number one tip for golfers who want to keep their golf gloves for more than just a round or two? Let the glove dry!
If you struggle to do this, try the Smiley Golf Magnetic Golf Glove Attachment. Let your golf glove air dry by sticking it to the velcro on the Smiley.
You get 5 different color options here, so if you like color-coordinated gadgets, you have your pick. The only thing to keep in mind is that you won’t see much of the color; it’s on the magnetic side.
Who’s It For
This is a perfect gift for golfers who sweat and struggle to keep a glove in good shape. I also love this as a stocking stuffer for golfers who have it all.
Who Can Skip It
If you don’t wear a glove, you can skip this one. In addition, I probably wouldn’t buy it if I didn’t own a cart; I know I would leave it behind in a cart barn somewhere!

Magnetic Golf Cart Sleeve Utility Strap
Of all the best magnetic golf accessories we have come across, this one is the most unique. The Magnetic Golf Cart Sleeve Utility Strap will save your golf bag from getting destroyed but also allows you to hold your towel, ball markers, or even your rangefinder.
The durable golf cart sleeve strap is designed to work on a variety of carts, and it ensures your cart bag is not going to slip.
If you want something that saves your bag and lets you have your gadgets, this is it!
Who’s It For
Anybody that wants to protect your golf bag while it’s on the cart and benefit from magnetic golf accessories at the same time.
Who Can Skip It
If you don’t own a cart, I wouldn’t invest in this. It’s just too many gadgets to bring with you to the course.

Bushwhacker Golf Cart Accessory Pouch
The Bushwhacker Golf Cart Accessory Pouch is for you if you have a cold drink or a few tees and gadgets that need a place aside from your cup holders.
You can store your rangefinder, your cigar, and even your phone in here if you get it to fit.
The concept is really simple, and it fits on any golf cart that has a magnetic bar.
Who’s It For
For golfers who need extra storage for all of their gear, it’s a really good universal solution.
Who Can Skip It
If you keep most of your gear in your golf bag, you may not need this extra pouch.

Best Magnetic Golf Accessories For Golf Bags
Whether you have a cart bag, stand bag, or even a staff bag (are you sure you are that good?), the best magnetic golf accessories for golf bags are fun and convenient and bring your golf bag (old or new) to the next level.
StickIT Golf Bag Metal Landing Pad
Need a place to store all of those cool magnetic accessories? The StickIT Golf Bag Metal Landing Pad is the thing to get.
Of course, you will need the magnetic golf towel and even a magnetic rangefinder to make it work, but even a golf glove with a magnet will stick to this metal landing pad.
StickIt says you can use the Metal Landing Pad on any type of staff, stand, cart, or even Sunday bag, but I like it best for cart bags cart bags as they seem to have a bit more room than the carry bags. The diameter of the pad is 3”, so you have plenty of room to store multiple accessories.
Who’s It For
Golfer who loves magnetic accessories as much as we do! If you need a place for your gear and to help keep things organized, the StickIT landing pad is great. With all the cool gear StickIt has brought to market, this helps you pull everything together.
Who Can Skip It
If you don’t own any magnetic accessories yet, wait until you have something to stick to this landing pad.

StripeBird Golf Steel Hub
The StripeBird Golf Steel Hub is a magnetic landing pad similar to the StickIt Metal Landing Pad.
This steel hub is a 2 inch by 3 inch pad that allows you to use any of your magnetic golf accessories. I like the quality of this one, but remember, it’s not magnetic itself. It’s just metal.
The only thing to be aware of here is that the StripeBird does not work for a golf bag with a 14-club divider. The top clip will not work on the top of the bag; it just doesn’t fit between.
Who’s It For
Golfers with stand and carry bags need a way to bring their magnetic golf accessories around with them on the course.
Who Can Skip It
If you have a 14-way stand bag or cart bag, this one isn’t going to work.

GrooveIt Mini G Scrubber
I’ll admit I like a wedge with clean grooves. One of my biggest pet peeves is having dirt in the way when I need spin! The GrooveIt Mini G Scrubber is a great magnetic golf accessory for your golf bag.
The GrooveIt Mini G is not your grandpa’s wire brush. This soft, bristled golf club scrubber does a great job of cleaning even the deepest caked-on dirt.
Even better, it’s magnetic and easily attaches and reattaches to the golf bag in seconds. With the GrooveIt, you will have no excuses left for poor ball and clubface interaction (so prepare yourself!).
Who’s It For
Can’t think of a golfer who doesn’t need clean faces on their golf club.
Who Can Skip It
I suppose if you never took a divot, you could skip this one, but you may have bigger issues in your golf game if that’s the case.

SisterAlign Golf Pad Pro
I love organization. I can also tell you that many of the students I’ve worked with and golfers I’ve gotten to know also feel the same way about staying organized. If that’s you, you will love the SisterAlign Golf Pad Pro.
The SisterAlign uses a manganese metal clip that will work as a really strong connection on the golf bag. The best part about this is the designated area for your rangefinder and your golf towels and accessories.
The bar in the middle helps provide a little support and keep the gear from falling.
This one is a great choice for walkers; as you can see, it holds up well on stand bags.
Who’s It For
Organized golfers who need a place to store their magnetic accessories.
Who Can Skip It
It’s a pretty big pad on the outside of your bag; if this is too much, I get it. I might also suggest something a little smaller for a golf bag that is on a cart all the time, I’m not sure I would let my rangefinder ride on here behind me while the cart is in motion.

Best Magnetic Golf Accessories (Tech and Gadgets)
The tech and gadget market has gotten really competitive. One of the ways that companies are trying to stay ahead is to use golf accessories with magnets that help to set them apart. Here are a few of my favorites.
StickIt Magnetic Rangefinder Strap
Most of the best golf rangefinders on the market now have magnetic technology built in. If you are still hanging on to your old Nikon or Bushnell that works fine but doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, the StickIt Magnetic Rangefinder Strap is a great choice.
This is a real simple product. Put the velcro strap around your rangefinder, and it will now stick to anything magnetic, like the golf cart or a magnetic pad on your golf bag.
The new design features a slimmer band (the old one was big and bulky) and allows you to access buttons on most devices without removing the strap.
Over 50 models work with the StickIt Rangefinder strap, including Bushnell, Callaway, Garmin, Leupold, Nikon, Precision Pro, and TecTecTec.
Who’s It For
If you have an older (or cheaper) rangefinder that doesn’t have magnetic technology, the StickIt is the perfect solution. It’s also a lot cheaper than buying a new rangefinder.
Who Can Skip It
GPS users and golfers with new built-in magnet rangefinders don’t need this one.

Bushnell Wingman View GPS Speaker
I can do an entire post on the best magnetic rangefinders and GPS units, and I’ll get to that. For now, I’ll leave you with the one we have, the Bushnell Wingman View GPS Speaker.
I’ve always been a rangefinder person, and I was a little reluctant to switch to a GPS and not have an exact number to the pin. After playing with this Bushnell Wingman View GPS for a few months, I’m not sure I would want to be without it.
When we play a casual nine, it’s great to have some music on. The Wingman View also charges your phone for you if you want. Bushnell used their BITE magnetic technology, so this is not going anywhere.
Finally, the accuracy is really good. I love knowing the front, middle, and back numbers, and it has certainly helped me make better club selections (and realize how bit some golf greens really are!).
The only issue we have with it sometimes is the load time. For the most part, it’s fine, but if you are flying around the course, you may have to wait for it to catch up.
Who’s It For
If you want accurate distances, high-quality GPS, and a great way to track your score, the Bushnell Wingman View is a good choice. The View window is easy to see and really helps make it better than having a GPS in your pocket.
Who Can Skip It
It’s not the cheapest thing out there. Let’s face it: there are plenty of free GPS apps. If you don’t play a lot, you can skip it.

Tips for Buying Magnetic Golf Accessories
I love magnetic golf accessories, but after buying some that were not good, I can tell you that the better magnets are worth paying for.
- Be careful with the magnet strength; get the higher quality product so you aren’t worried about losing your gear
- Check product reviews to make sure people say the magnet is strong
- If you purchase something like a magnetic phone holder, make sure it is rated to be used when the golf cart is in motion
- If you are washing accessories like a golf towel or glove with a magnet, make sure you
- remove the magnet first
Final Thoughts
Have fun with these best magnetic golf accessories. As I find and test more products that I like, I’ll continue to update the list for you. Let us know which ones you love.
