Premium lifestyle businesses have wealthy, passionate customers and almost no content strategy.

Private golf clubs, marinas, shipyards and yacht clubs — they sit on powerful customer lists built over decades and often never fully use them. Not because they don’t see the opportunity, but because running a great operation is a full time job and then some. Britt has been playing golf for more than 30 years and built a career inside the game before most people find their footing in it. After working as a PGA Professional at private clubs in New York and Florida — giving lessons, running pro shops, fitting members for equipment — she transitioned into golf writing and has spent years covering equipment, instruction, and everything happening in the game for some of the most widely read golf publications online.

Shawn spent his career on the water — working as a captain on private yachts and building deep expertise in the marine world before transitioning into business ownership. He understands the marine industry the way Britt understands golf: from the inside, with the kind of knowledge that takes years to earn and that you can’t fake in writing.
That background is now the foundation for Flagship Content, our marine industry content service — helping shipyards, marinas, and marine dealers reach their customers with the kind of credible, technically grounded content that only someone with real sea time could produce.
